The hotel's location is favorable and provides privacy with a good view. Rooms come with sufficient toiletries, and the toilet is mainly clean with fast services provided. The garden and hanging bridge are well-maintained, and the breakfast is quite good.
The hotel is in dire need of refurbishment, and several facilities such as the bathtub/faucet are broken, causing inconvenience. The carpet in the room is not clean.

Spent Easter holidays at a hotel with a fantastic view and beautiful garden. Location was perfect as it was close to town. The staff was accommodating and provided toiletries and towels. The breakfast served was delicious.
The room was not in the best condition as the bathtub was dirty and the faucet was broken. the toilet was not functioning well as it could not flush.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to town and offered a stunning view of the mountain. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast that was provided due to a toilet issue in the room. the presence of a fan in the room helped combat the cool temperatures at night.
The hotel had some areas for improvement. The facilities were outdated, and the room wasn't soundproof, making it noisy.
